Today is August 15th and I am here online and actually on the website!!!!! Wahooo!!!
Monday weekly update for Johnson clan: Christa's start weight 198lbs. Today's weight 185lb. Yea!!!
Morgan's start weight: 252lbs. Today's weight: 247lbs. Yea!!
Morgan and I are chugging along and trying to walk together each evening. We are still trying to eat right and only splurge sometimes. We are hoping this is a lifestyle change that will continue even after the contest ends.
