FINAL WEIGH IN!!!
not soo good! :) I havent lost anything since last time I posted! :( 10 pounds all together, that is a totaly percentage of weight loss of 5.46. Good, but not good enough!! I will keep up the hard work even though this is over, I have just gotten back into running!! GOOD JOB BONNIE!!! WOW!!!!! You did GREAT you are a champ! I wish we lived closer so I could be motivated with yoU!! :)

I am here bonnie! :) I have been sick, and busy! I am down a total of 8 pounds since we started. I"M happy about that and I am now less than 10 lbs away from a personal goal! :) LOVE IT!!! ::))

Okay, So this is week, whatever! I am down 6.5 pounds! :) YEA!!! Back into my routine and feeling good! Finding some good recipes and looking for some good ones too!! I am soo happy to not only be losing weight, but to be starting into a healthier life style!! YEA!! Got my running shoes back from Az, and feeling good!!

HERE I AM!! \
So I am here, I have continued to lose! I now have lost 4.5 pounds since the beginning of Johnson family biggest loser! Although I am pretty sure I left my running shoes in Az. I have not yet bought new ones, therefore I have not been running in a while. I havent been feeling so hot so that is okay. I am excited to get back in the running game, and excited to keep shedding pounds.....p.s. heather you are AMAZING you are melting away!!!!

Week 2-3
I didnt even post for week 2, but it is probably better that way! :) I am now posting with week 3 new... bad news!! I am back to only 2 pounds below my starting weight! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Dar n you Az, it was SOOOOOOOOO fun, but NOT good for my weight lose! I was planning on running and sweating LOTS, but I fell and hurt my knee early in the game, and didnt go out side much, hence no sweating! :) It was worth it though! Now, I am home, and BACK IN THE GAME!!!!


Week one

I have lost 3 pounds, I can now run 2 1/2 miles, slowly, but I can! I feel better!! :) I'm loving this! We are still eating good, and even Jeremy is liking it now! :) We feel a BIG difference when we eat out! getting pumped for the family reunion, and excited to hear how everybody else is doing! :) A little nervous about the weight lose because I am officially weening kason (no more scabs for me [sorry if TMI]). This means that I will be burning 500 less calories a day! ;/ But its all abut the health so I can be around and healthy untill he is OLD A GRAY! :)


Ruth, 2 miles straight? You are crazy! Did you get a double stroller then? Good work! I run 2 miles, but it is run/walking for now...I'll get there though! Way to go RUTHIE!

Ruth here! :) My weight lose goal is to be in the middle of a healthy weight for my height! That is my goal! I want to be HEALTHY!! So, I am doing the things that keep me healthy, eating right, trying to exercise, smiling and all that jazz! This is going to be FIERCE!! loving every minute of it!! I'm a bit nervous because I have been in the process of loosing weight for the past 3 months, and I have hit the 20lb plateau, but I guess I just need to kick it up a notch or two! BRING IT!! :)


That is a good idea a bout the weight for your height.  I was looking up mine and it says 96-119LBs, and that is just crazy talk!! My mom has some pictures of me at about 127 and I look waaaay too small! I am just going to lose as much as I can...GOOD LUCK!!!


Ruth here again! I just got back from a 2 mile run!!  Feels great! Cant wait untill I can fun more!! :)
