And the RESULTS!!!
I am weighing in at 167.4!!! That's a loss of 19.4 pounds, 10.38% if I remember how to do percentages right!! It's been a while since algebra II...Thanks for setting this up Ruth and Breana, it has been a motivation to me. Not necessarily the competition, but the accountability and reporting has kept me honest! Good  job everybody! Breana, you are amazing when you set your mind to it, and I know you'll be great once your life slows back down! C'mon everybody...return and report! Love you guys!

One week to go!
ok, so even though I seem to be in this ALONE (where is everybody), I am still enjoying myself and logging in faithfully! This week I am 168.8!!! 18 pounds down. Funny how I am always some number ending in .8 huh? Under 3 pounds away from pre-Archie!!! If I work hard, maybe I'll finish this competition off at my pre-Archie weight, that would be awesome!! Love you guys!

I am  4 pounds away from pre-archie weight!!! Hooray! Breast feeding is the best! I am at 170.8!! That's 16 pounds down Baby, 26 pounds in all! My tummy is hurting again lately, but I have't been eating the best food lately, so I am going to try that again and see if it helps. School starts tomorrow and that means routine, which I love! Keep it up you guys... just 2  more weeks to go!

Yet another update...
Last week I was doing so good....until Mike's bday party! I was at 172 on thursday, almost 2 pounds, then there was food to be eaten, and more sweets, and less veggies, and well...you know how it goes! On Sunday, I was back up to 173.8 so I thought there would be nothing to report. Luckily, the water has left me a bit, and I am happy to report that I am at 172.6 today. not as low as Thursday, but still more than a pound, so I'll take it! I am up to running for a half hour now, and I am so excited about that! That's almost where I was pre-archie. I am going to a group power class at the Y every week; it's a weight lifting and calisthenics class, so i should be a buff mama in no time! Still loving Yoga once a week too. I feel good, this is fun!

It's official!
I am now a paying member of the Johnson family biggest loser club!! I'm in it now baby! Today I am at 183.8, 13 pounds, 23 pounds total! I am happy because I am able to fit into a few more pre-archie outfits. Not all of them mind you, but a few more. Yesterday I had a bunch of sweets with my young women group, and I felt horrible! Even this morning when I woke up, I felt gross. I love that I am noticing a difference on the inside; that's almost the best part...almost :) Love you guys...keep it up!

I just can't stand it; I love the weekly updates! It is fun to chart my progress....it is just as fun to see your progress, where is everbody!?!?! Anyway, I am at 175.8 this week--still moving along! Good luck and good sweatin everybody!

Heather, where are you?!?! After a fun weekend in Pocatello, I am at 177; 9.8 pounds lost--almost 10 pounds!  But, the even better news is that I have run 25 minutes straight twice! Once with Ruth in Poky, and one here! Feels good. Pants fit better, shirts aren't as tight, and I am having fun. I'm doing some ab exercises, and I am feeling the burn. hopefully I will get a stronger core and a less-sore back! its a plan!

So, it's not Monday, but I weighed myself this morning and it was 178! YAY!! I am having fun eating healthy(er) food and exercising. Yesterday I jumped rope and hoola-hooped! Fun! I am still training for the 5k, and some days I feel like I could run forever, and some days (like today), I can't run around the block without feeling like I'm gonna die! Good work Ruth, you are amazing. Breana, way to vacation responsibly! Good work exercising Heather, we can all do this!

Bonnie week uhhhhh 3 or 4?
I am at 180.2; so close to the 170s!!! That is down about 2 pounds from last week...my biggest loss so far! Have I said lately how excited I am that we are doing this? I love hearing about how good we all feel and what amazing things we can accomplish that we would never have realized! This week I am running a little more, eating a little better, and hopefully feeling a LOT better! Good job every body!

I don't understand why, but I keep posting and it keeps getting deleted. Its weird, I even look at it after and it is there, then when I check back its gone. I guess I am just not a super blogger like all you awesome people, its much harder than I thought :). I weighed myself after my workout today and I was down 1.5 lbs. It is not much but I will take it! That is a total of 8.5 lbs, and more importantly a personal goal met, I feel great and am excited to keep going! This is awesome! I just want to add, GOOD JOB BONNIE! YAY!

update time...after eating my way back to my childhood on my Arizona trip, i am at 182.2...down a total of 4.6 pounds. not too bad, right? A good end to this story is that i felt like doodie eating poorly in AZ, so now i am back on the wagon with vengeance! prepare to be amazed next week!

~*Week 2*~
I posted yesterday but I must have forgotten to press, publish page. I am down 2.5 lbs ! I am SO happy! Yesterday I ran on the elliptical for 45 min, than rode my bike to the pool with Lilly. It was SO fun, today Kimo and I got up early rode our bikes (down and up a huge hill) to the park and played 18 holes of Frisbee golf. It was awesome. I am thoroughly enjoying this active summer and am happy with the TOTAL OF 7 LBS  I have lost so far! Yay- i am a little worried about this week however, because I know you will be sweating off some serious weight down in scorching AZ! I hope you all have fun! LOVE YOU!

You are benifiting from me being in Az, I didnt eat well at all! :)  You are ROCKING!! 7 lbs... WOW!!! I am going to be PICKING it up!! I promise! :) 

It's Bonnie again!
It's week 2 and I am at 183!!!! That's down 2.4 pounds!! It has been a good week, I'm eating sugar again, but it is in much more moderation and I love that. I am feeling my groove running, and I love that too! We'll see if I can keep up all the good habits while I'm in AZ. I'm excited to vacation the healthy way. So, to sum it up, I've lost a total of 3.8 pounds, I'm jogging again, and feeling great! Hooray!

Way to go bonnie! I am so excited for you, this competition is getting fierce! Rawr!

Nursing smurshing, you guys are kicking my trash!!! You are all amazing! I've lost 1.5 pounds, but I'm not sad....I'm not that competitive, I am so happy for all of you, and I am just happy to be losing weight! Way to go everybody!

1st Weigh in.  I am down 4.5 pounds this week! Yay! I am actually shocked by this because I didn't think it was going to be that dramatic. I normally only loose about 2 lb per week, and I had been hovering over a number for a couple of weeks, this must have been my 'over the hump' week. I am so relieved because I had been getting discouraged, but I kept it  up and it paid off! Perfect Timing!♣ Love you all and hope you are having MUCH SUCCESS! (Just not as much as me. ♥) ha ha just kidding.

    I have decided to post updates at the top of the page for two reasons. 1. So you don't have to scroll down when you click on our page to see if we have posted anything new, and 2. So those lovely picture of me will soon not be the first thing I see every time I click on this link. Awesome. 
    I am feeling great. I have been working out everyday since we started, I do the elliptical for 45 minutes a day, with varying resistance (I am currently maxing out at 5, any higher an my pulse rate gets too high) I have been swimming and the community pool with Lilly twice. I even did a little jogging yesterday while helping Lilly to learn how to ride her bike. I have done yoga, hula hooping and a lot of stretches, sit ups and even a few push ups. This has all be added to my daily routing since February so don't worry I am not adding all of this stuff at once.
     I feel freaking amazing! I have SO much more energy and daily I am finding that I can do things I didn't think I could.  One small but fun example is yesterday when I was hula hooping with the girls, I remembered in PE we use to roll the hula hoop and then try to run and catch up to it, and run/jump through the rolling hoop. I could totally do it with one of the big hoops Kimo made! I was so happy. 
    Its these little things that make me feel happy. I am loving this and cant wait to discover more and more things I can do, when I take good care of my body. Its an amazing feeling. Wow this got really long, but I just wanted to share. I love you guys so much and am so grateful for all of your support.

Heather!! AWESOME!! I want to hula hoop tooo!!!! I love that you are doing so many varities of work outs! That ROCKS!! Good idea! I agree with the feeling AMAZING!! It is amazing what living a little healthier can do! You are a Rock start an EXAMPLE to me! Thanks

I am ready! Weighing in at ****- ha not posting it online! I will re-weigh in each Monday and post the MASSIVE losses I make.
I have a personal goal to be as healthy as I can and that means healthy weight loss. I will exercise and eat a low fat low calorie diet that is appropriate for my height. I am so excited! I have already lost about 25 ) (since February) and this is just the second wind I need to continue LITERALLY working my butt off! Lets do this!

(Heather you are amazing losing 25lbs already!! WOW!! you do look great!! I'm soo excited to work my BUTT OFF TOO! :) and other parts will hopefully follow! ~~~ruth

Bonnie Here! YAY for getting healthy! Heather, you ARE amazing! I don't have any pictures of NOW, but I have plenty of how I want my LATER to look !I am weighing in at 186.8 lbs today. I just want the baby weight off. I gained 30 big ones after all was said and done, and that is no good. I have lost 10 of them already, but this will help me take the last 20 off. I am also training for a 5k in September, so that will help. My plan is to limit my calories (responsibly, because I am breastfeeding), run, jumprope, yoga and run. Breastfeeding helps too, so this should happen for me! I am so excited to do this as a family...we are going to be such movers and shakers! Love you guys!

Bonnie! we are in the same boat!! I have 20lbs to loos till all baby weight is gone and 30lbs till I am my pre DJ weight!! :)~*sooo jealous of the breast feeding! I lost 35lbs in 1 month of breast feeding and was gradually losing weight after that with breastfeeding but when my milk dried up I gained about 20 of it back!! grrrr!  ~*Breana!!


So tired!! Breastfeeding+restricted calories+exercising+newborn nights= SO TIRED!!!
Geesh, something's gonna change...still no sugar, but carbs are going to be my new best friend! Last night, at about 9:30, I had to have a muffin or I was going to die!! I think my body's trying to tell me something :) I'm not one to ignore a prompting to eat more, so here goes! gotta be smart about this, right? Running this morning was hard, but I did it. That always makes me feel even better. it's not an accomplishment if it isn't hard right? YAY!


Bonnie~ You can do it! You are amazing, there are at least 20 times during my workout that I want to quit, but I don't and its just like you said, I feel so much better when I am done. Your AWESOME! yay!

Bonnie! You most of all need to be cautious and smart when it comes to cutting anything out of your diet! I know I have said this a million and a half times, but I wish we lived closer so I could go running with you!! Kepp it up!!
